Was a lot of fun. Worth the $$$. Light strategy, light humour and a few easy puzzles. Raising the dead to fight by your side, casting magic to help whats not to love. Good to see runs well on Linux as well.. It is overall a charming little game. Only issues dragging it down is the combination of how short it is (I have not only finished it but 100% everything on first run), and how grindy and repetitive it is. It should really only be one of those things, and there is SO MUCH potential in the game to make units, items and maps more different.Still a nice game, and if you think the price justifies a 5-10 hour indy game, go for it. So perhaps more of "meh" than a direct recommendation against it.. I played it through once. Beat it. Spent a couple hours experimenting with the mechanics. Ultimately an indie title like this lives or dies by the gameplay, and the gameplay is tedious. Despite the nice polish and good tuning, the game promises more than it delivers.. Come my minions, rise for your master, let your evil shine!. very fun necromancer game. unlocking new guys to raise feels a little bit shallow, and once you've cleared an area you never have to return again, but on the other hand it's a decently challenging game that's put a stop to my antics more than once. I expected it to be too easy, but it isn't, and that's a nice change of pace for the general category of "cartoonish" games available on steam.. I just finished 100%ing this game. I had a fantastic time playing. If you like Overlord and Nekro(before it was pulled from steam), this game is definitely for you. RPG, items with stats, secrets to discover, new game+.. Although there is a "cute" art style to the look of this video game, it cannot be denied that you still feel like you are controlling an army of the undead (Democrats, Socialists and Liberals). The controls are simple so it is easy to get a hang on how to play; but afterward, detailed customization with your various weapons, talismans and home-crypt allows you to create the necromancer of your dreams. Not to mention that this video game is not short to play through.Simple in presentation but deep in play style, this video game can become very addictive. Denny Crane.
